Dear Doctor Hitzig:
Thank you for seeing me again for additional ACELL treatment. If you recall, I came to you after five prior transplant surgeries from other doctors with average success. I was then advised by several doctors that I was without donor hair and further hair transplant surgery was impossible.
I have now seen you three times, twice for hair transplant procedures, and once for an ACELL procedure. The impossible has not only become possible, it has turned into a completely successfully experience. With the use of ACELL, you were able to successfully provide two additional hair transplant surgeries. I especially appreciate your approach which allows me to acquire new growth without balding and other radical techniques. I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the transplant surgeries and ACELL injections I have received from Dr. Hitzig. I first met Dr. Hitzig as a young man who was extensively scarred from two substandard transplant procedures performed upon me by a different physician.
Quite frankly, I was at a loss to see how the scarring could be corrected and how an acceptable cosmetic result could be achieved after the damage caused by the prior procedures. Dr. Hitzig has performed a number of transplants on me over the past twenty years, and more recently two ACELL injections, and I can truly say that the impossible has become a reality. Not only do I have a "full head of hair", but furthermore, not even once over the past twenty years has anyone ever even questioned whether I have had any type of hair restoration done. I say this even though I am in a profession that frequently subjects me to the "public eye" and occasionally even appear on television.
In conclusion, it is of critical importance that a person chooses the best physician for these types of procedures otherwise you may end up three steps backwards instead of three steps forward. I consider myself lucky to have met Dr. Hitzig, and recommend him without reservation as the most competent physician I have ever met.
